🧬What OncoBreast 21 Is
OncoBreast 21 is an integrated Multi-Omic Oncology Suite — not a single gene-expression test. It combines Hereditary Germline Risk, Expression Profiling, Pharmacogenomic (PGx) Drug Safety, and ctDNA tracking into one data-aggregation platform. Any comparison to established assays is made solely for scientific benchmarking and interoperability, and does not imply equivalence, substitution, or endorsement.
📋Regulatory Status
- India (CDSCO): classification under confirmation (expected Class C); SaMD registration in development.
- EU (CE-IVDR): Technical File in preparation; CE marking pending.
- USA: no FDA clearance; not for clinical use in the United States.
Survival and recurrence estimates derive from Western-population trial cohorts and have not yet been independently validated on Indian samples. Absolute scores should be interpreted in the context of these limitations and local calibration studies.
